  • 1. Prepare for use

    Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water, or use a hand sanitiser to ensure cleanliness. Open your NAD+ Kit to find the following items: 

    • Applicator Pen & Storage Pouch

    • Alcohol Wipes

    • Sharps Container

  • 2. Prepare

    Select a needle tip from the pack and peel off the seal at the base. Gently twist the needle onto the pen until secure. Leave the outer needle cap in place for now.

  • 3. Sterilise the skin

    Use an antibacterial wipe to clean the area you’re planning to inject into. Soft, fatty areas like the stomach, buttocks, or thigh tend to work best.

  • 4. Prepare the pen

    You can now take off the plastic needle cap, followed by the safety guard. Turn the dial to your usual dose (25 units on the gauge) and proceed to inject as directed.

  • 5. Prepare for injection

    Gently pinch the skin around your chosen site to create a firm, stable surface. Position the pen correctly and press the needle into the skin.

  • 6. Administer the injection

    Push firmly on the base of the pen to release the dose of NAD+. Keep the pen steady to minimise bruising. A mild sting is normal. Once the dial reaches zero and the full dose has been delivered, hold the pen in place for ten seconds before removing it.

  • 7. Aftercare

    Carefully place the plastic needle cap back over the needle. While holding the cartridge securely, unscrew the needle and dispose of it in a sharps bin. Replace the pen cap and store the pen in the fridge. Always check that your NAD+ cartridges are within their expiry date.
