1. Prepare for use
Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water, or use a hand sanitiser to ensure cleanliness. Open your NAD+ Kit to find the following items:
• Syringes
• Alcohol Wipes
• NAD+ Vial(s)
• Sharps Container
• User Instruction Guide

2. Prepare the solution
Remove the NAD+ vial from the box and let it sit at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes. Using the solution while it’s cold may cause discomfort.

3. Open the vial
Hold the raised edges of the vial seal, lift upward, and carefully detach the seal. Use an alcohol wipe to clean the top of the vial and allow it to dry.

4. Prepare the syringe
Take a syringe from the syringe bag, removing the orange needle cap and the plunger’s plastic protector.

5. Draw the solution
Insert the needle into the centre of the vial’s seal. Turn the vial upside down and draw exactly 0.25ml of the solution into the syringe. Ensure the needle stays submerged to prevent air bubbles. If bubbles appear, return the liquid to the vial and redraw it carefully.

6. Prepare the injection
Select a subcutaneous injection site such as the thigh, outer hip or abdomen. Rotate the site with each use, avoiding bruised or scarred areas. Clean the area with an alcohol wipe and allow it to dry. (A subcutaneous injection is an injection given just under the skin, into the layer of fat and tissue beneath).

7. Administer the injection
Pinch the skin firmly between your thumb and finger, and then insert the needle at a 45 degree angle. Slowly press the plunger to inject the solution. Count to three, ensuring the syringe is fully emptied before withdrawing the needle smoothly.

8. Dispose of the syringe
Place the used syringe immediately into the provided sharps container, and store the container in a secure location.

9. Aftercare
Return unused syringes and alcohol wipes to the kit, and store the NAD+ vial in the refrigerator for optimal freshness. It’s normal for the injection site to appear slightly red, raised, or itchy for up to 10 minutes after use.
