Thank you for shopping with us. We truly appreciate your custom and aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward refund policy.

Our Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

  1. The product or service you ordered was not delivered.
  2. The product or service received does not match its description.
  3. The product or service is faulty or defective.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process

Additional information or evidence may be required to process your refund. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as some financial institutions take additional time to process refunds.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will not be included. Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
